Q: Are you insured and bonded?
A: Yes, Euro Care Commercial Cleaning Services is a fully insured and bonded company.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: All customers are invoiced monthly and payment terms are NET 30 days.

Q: Does Euro Care supply its own cleaning products?
A: Yes, we supply our own cleaning products however consumables (toilet paper, dish/hand soap, paper towels etc.) are billed separately if required by the customer. Eco-friendly products are available at the customer's request for an additional charge.

Q: Is the cleaning done after hours?
A: Yes, the cleaning is done at the end of the business day. We cannot guarantee what time at night our cleaners will arrive, however we do guarantee that the cleaning will be expertly completed prior to the start of the next business day.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: A long time! Euro Care started over twenty-five years ago and has been actively servicing the GTA's commercial cleaning needs ever since.

Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
A: Yes, a minimum three-hour charge is applicable to all commercial cleaning orders and all carpet/upholstery services are subject to a minimum charge of $200.00 per order.

A: Absolutely. Just ask us.

Q: Do you have a guarantee?
A: Our guarantee is this: if you are not 100% satisfied then simply call us within 24 hours of the service performed and we will rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
